1. Services

TheraSite provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services for registered therapists and counselling professionals. Our services are described on our pricing page.

Included done-for-you updates are small edits to pages you already have, like rewording a section, swapping a photo, adding a line to a list, fixing a link that moved, or helping update practice information. A new page, a new section, a layout change or anything your site doesn't do yet is quoted. We reply to every request within 48 hours.

2. Compliance disclaimer

While our websites are built with awareness of CRPO requirements and PHIPA considerations, we do not guarantee full regulatory compliance. Therapists are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.

3. Payments and billing

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 13% HST. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider; TheraSite never sees or stores your full card number.

When you approve a quote with a deposit, the card you pay the deposit with is saved with Stripe. We charge it for the balance at launch, your monthly plan, quotes you approve in the client portal and priced requests you agree to there. One-off charges are made when the work is done. Plan changes take effect from your next bill, with no partial-month charges or credits.

You can update your card or billing details at any time from the Billing page in the client portal. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you a link to update your card.

You can cancel your plan at any time by contacting us. Plans are billed monthly and end at the end of the current month; we don't refund the rest of that month.
