What counts as a change
An included update is one small change we make within your existing website design. For example:
- Revising a hero headline
- Replacing a supplied hero or background photo
- Updating an existing paragraph
- Helping update your practice information

These receive a separate quote:

Update your practice information yourself whenever you need. Your bio, profile photo, services, fees, offices, booking links and FAQs do not use the done-for-you allowance.
Website wording, general photos and design changes go through a request to TheraSite. You see whether the work is included or separately priced before it starts. Included updates show $0.
Fixes for mistakes in work we delivered are on us and do not use your allowance. Unused updates do not carry over. We reply to requests within 48 hours.
Your domain and your website are yours. Bring the domain you have, or we register one for you. If you ever leave, we transfer the domain and send you your whole website as a download. No obligation.

Pricing questions
Can I update my practice information?
Yes. Keep your bio, profile photo, services, fees, offices, booking links and FAQs current in your portal. These self-service updates do not use your monthly allowance. Website wording, general photos and design changes go through a request to TheraSite.
Do I need to write the content?
Your words make the site yours, so yes, you or someone on your team provides them. We start you off with sample content for every page. Use it as is, or send your own text, photos and videos during the revision rounds.
Can I leave if it's not for me?
Yes, any time, with no obligation. You keep your domain, and we send you your whole website as a download, so you can take it anywhere or hand it to someone else as a starting point.
How does this fit the CRPO rules?
Credentials shown correctly, no testimonials, and forms that never ask for health details.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live in 2 to 3 weeks from the free call. It depends on how soon you send your words and approve the design.
What happens after the setup fee?
The setup fee covers the design, the build and the launch. After that, the monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups, support and your changes every month.
What counts as a change?
One small update we make within your existing design, such as revising a headline or replacing a supplied photo. Updating your practice information yourself uses no allowance. New pages, sections, features and substantial rewriting receive a separate quote before work starts.
What is the Compliance Audit?
The Compliance Audit is a one-time review of your existing website for PHIPA/PIPEDA compliance issues. We check contact form security, PHI exposure risks, privacy policy compliance, and more. You receive a detailed written report with risk ratings and specific recommendations.
Is PHIPA compliance included?
Our websites are built with privacy awareness (no PHI collection through forms, secure hosting), but full PHIPA compliance depends on how you use the site. We recommend consulting with privacy professionals for formal assessments.
Why don't you include a testimonials section?
CRPO Standard 6.2 prohibits the use of testimonials in advertising. We leave testimonials out and build trust with your qualifications and a clear statement of your approach instead.
